It is located in the Town of Wheatfield off Shawnee Road 2 miles north of Niagara Falls Blvd. in the Starpoint School District. There are still a few lots in Phase 1. Phase 2 offers a total of 24 lots which includes 10 Pond Lots and the balance of the lots being approximately 100’ x 200’. EAGLECHASE This residential community which is also in the Town of Wheatfield is off Lockport Road. This community is more of a country atmosphere. Rosal is currently finishing phase one with 17 lots and is looking to putting in the next phase of this 50 lot community. PARKSIDE ESTATES This upscale community is located off Nash Road overlooking Fairmount Park. Phase III is scheduled for early summer constructon with 10 prime building lots available which includes a cul-de-sac. Minimum square footage requirements for this community are 1750 square feet for a ranch style home and 2100 square feet for a two story home.
