It is located in the Town of Wheatfield off Shawnee Road 2 miles north of Niagara Falls Blvd. in the Starpoint School District. The first phase offers a total of 29 lots which includes 13 Pond Lots of various sizes, together with 6 cul-de-sac lots and the balance of the lots being approximately 100’ x 200’. There are also 4 larger lots in the beginning of the subdivision. EAGLECHASE This residential community which is also in the Town of Wheatfield is off Lockport Road. This community is more of a country atmosphere. Rosal is currently finishing phase one with 17 lots and is looking to putting in the next phase of this 50 lot community. PARKSIDE ESTATES This upscale community is located off Nash Road overlooking Fairmount Park. Phase III is scheduled for early summer constructon with 10 prime building lots available which includes a cul-de-sac. Minimum square footage requirements for this community are 1750 square feet for a ranch style home and 2100 square feet for a two story home.
