Hi!  My name is Gary DiMatteo and I’m the President of Rosal Homes.  I think it is important to introduce myself because when you choose to inquire further about a Rosal Home, you will be dealing with me personally.  I take pride in meeting with all our customers and assisting with customizing a home just for you. 

I’d like to share something with you.  When asked to put together a “welcome page” I thought.  “What more can I say?” I told our staff.  Then a dear friend of mine from out of state called and asked if it would be possible for Rosal to build his family a new home there.  I told him it certainly would be possible, but because of the location I would not be able to personally stay on top of the project. I wasn’t comfortable with doing the project for that specific reason.  Then he said something to me that I’ve never thought about because I am always on the other side of the desk; he said; “Look, I’ve never had a house built before, so if you can’t do it I need you to tell me what to ask when meeting with a potential home builder.  What’s important?  What should I be on the look out for?  Everyone claims to be the best!”

What an eye opener!  I had to think; if I were to have someone build MY home, knowing what I know, what would I ask them?  What would I check?  Well, because I do build homes the list I put together was extensive.  My friend said; “Gary, I’m not a builder, I’m a buyer; just give me 10 things I should look for to make sure I choose a quality home builder.” 

So I put together the “10 Questions You Must Ask Before Choosing a Home Builder” checklist!   It helped my friend, and I’m sure it will help you!  Feel free to print it off and use it when evaluating YOUR potential Home Builder.
